Hi there! It’s been a while, no? Let’s just say I had the pregnancy from hell, and didn’t sew or knit a thing for a long time. I’m back at it, though, and will probably share my pregnancy/birth story at some point in the future because that shit is not all sunshine and rainbows like the movies. Unless you’re watching an episode of Grey’s Anatomy or something. It was actually kind of like that…more on that later.
Anyway, I’m planning on returning to blogging with a little less attention to detail and a lot more sharing. Truth be told, I was getting a little anxious and put-off by the amount of time it was taking me to blog. So, I’m gonna try paring down the photos, details, and social-media checking and see where that gets me! Hopefully with more time to create and share and less time in front of the computer 🙂
This is the Primavera Wrap Onesie from Nordic Knits. I test knit it back in June when it was still a little big for my little one. She’s the perfect size, now, though, and she’s just about to grow out of it! It’s amazing how quickly babies grow, and how quickly her wardrobe rotates.
I’m very happy with how it turned out, and I’d highly recommend it if you’re in the mood for a quick baby make. I’m not 100% sold on the knit onesie thing, though, and think I may just stick to making her pullovers and tights for winter. She hasn’t worn it enough to justify the time it took to make it in my opinion.
More details on my ravelry page.
